I can't believe that September is gone and October is here...already! My new class is finally into the swing of things...routines are pretty much set and the kids know what my expectations for them are and what they can expect for the remainder of the year. We are wrapping up our Personal Narrative unit of Study in writing and have embarked on our journey through a new unit in reading...Studying Characters Across Series. In Social Studies...kids are working through a unit in geography and the study of countries around the world. They are currently involved in researching a self-selected country and using close reading lenses as they reread for information. Take a peek below. They are awesome!
