Treazure was truly a little girl to be treasured
Did some outreach work today at a local homeless shelter in our area. Those kids were hanging on to every word my son Joseph had for them. When he told them that he wanted them to know that we all loved them and that was great but that more importantly, Jesus loved them. Their little faces lit up and they recited AMEN. He asked that they follow in the love of Christ and love people the way that we loved them through the teaching of Jesus. He thanked them for allowing us to come and spend the day with them. They seemed a bit confused. A little girl named Treazure came up to me as I was helping to hand out some of the school supplies and clothing that we brought for them. She asked "why did you come here today...it is such a nice day?" I told her that I wanted to spend the day with her because I loved spending time

Classroom Setup
YIKES! Do I have my work cut out for me or what! Had my teaching assignment changed for this year. Headed to third grade. It always seems like so much more work when you change grade levels and classrooms. The unpacking is the worst. I have so much stuff. Gotta go... A week to go until the start of the new school year...I have a lot of work to do. The mess is below...I will post after pics when job is complete.
PEACE,
